Rosewood has an active, vibrant clubhouse with over 3500 sq ft of entertaining space.

The clubhouse is constantly in use by our residents for their daily, weekly and monthly ongoing events (see our Event Calendar)...plus it is available to reserve for use by the residents.

A large commercial kitchen, and open entertainment area has lots of room for parties, meetings, large or small get-together's.  The many tables available allow ample space for arts and crafts projects.

There have been birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions. The residents even put on an all Rosewood Art Show (there are many fine artists in the community). The annual Rosewood Garage Sale enjoys a good turnout by residents and the Ellensburg Community.

Rosewood Estates is an Active 55 plus Retirement Community, in which you have the opportunity to meet and make new and lasting friends.
