We have some terrific services to offer our residents.  We offer mail services for residents that are on vacation and don't want thier mail left out, house sitting services are also available for those that like someone to check in and turn on lights or water plants etc., so let us know if this is something you will need when you join our community.

Shuttle services are also available.  The shuttle goes to various locations such as Seattle, Spokane, Tri-Cities, or Yakima.  The shuttle goes at different times of the year to the Seattle Waterfront and other areas so just ask about our schedule.  We will also be posting our schedule on the web site at a later date so keep checking in.

We also have Programs at the Community Clubhouse throughout the year so check our Event Calendar to see what happening!  We'll have birthday parties, musical programs, exercise programs, bridge get togethers and games, as well as movie night with classic movies, lunch outings, picnics and holiday celebrations.

Rosewood also provides a monthly newsletter for residents, packed full of the latest Rosewood information like our "Little Bit of Trivia", or "FYI's", "Community Chatter", and "Recipe of the Month", to name a few.
